If you become aware that you’re dreaming, try looking at your hands. This is a trick Sarah found a long time ago in a book about lucid dreaming, and it’s always worked for her. Once you’ve seen your hands, you’re in control of the dream, and you can fly, if you like ... or do whatever else strikes your fancy.
